Title: Natural Gas Distribution Regulations

Vote to pass a bill that authorizes a gas company to file a strategic infrastructure asset proposal with the Public Service Commission if it will improve supply and access to natural gas. The bill also allows the Commission to approve the proposal after a public hearing and must authorize additional charges to cover the cost of the proposal not to exceed 25 percent of the base rates in effect when the proposal originally was filed.
