Vote to override the Governors veto of a bill that requires all persons licensed to practice medicine and all medical care facilities to keep a record of all terminated pregnancies which are then to be submitted to the Secretary of Health and Environment annually. The bill also sets guidelines for filing certificates of live birth with the state registrar and requires the identity of the patient be kept confidential.
