• Prohibits any person from intentionally recording any image or sound from an agricultural operation without the permission of the owner (Sec. 1).

• Prohibits recording under all of the following circumstances (Sec. 1):
• The person has left a recording device on the premises;
• The person has obtained access to the agricultural operation under false pretences;
• The person is criminally trespassing; and
• The person conducts recording while employed by an agricultural operation that prohibits recording.
