Title: Amends Abortion Requirements

  • Specifies that any individual who “knowingly” violates the provisions of this bill is subject to the following penalties (Sec. 1): 
    • A fine of no more than $1,000;
    • Imprisonment of no more than 2 years; or
    • Both.
