Highlights:

• Appropriates $3,855 per student as the base amount per public school student from the Minimum Foundation Program (MFP) funds, with additional appropriations over the baseline going to certain students including, but not limited to, the following (Sec. 2):
• Students whose family income is at or below income eligibility guidelines, as provided by the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education;
