  • Expands the alternative fuel transportation program to include loans, whereas existing law allowed for grants only (Sec. 122.075).

  • Requires the pipeline operator to file route and operation information to the Public Utilities Commission no later than 60 days after the pipeline becomes operational (Sec. 4905.911).
