Title: Requires Early Voting to be Available for Certain Elections

Vote to pass a bill that requires early voting to be available for certain elections, effective July 1, 2013.
Highlights:
- Requires registered voters to be permitted to vote 15 days before the election at specially designated polling locations before the primary election and before the general election (Sec. 1).
- Requires the county to designate the numbers of specially designated polling locations as follows (Sec. 1):
- If the county has less than 150,000 registered voters, 3 specially designated polling locations;
- If the county has between 150,000 and 300,000 registered voters, 5 specially designated polling locations; and
- If the county has more than 300,000 registered voters, 7 specially designated polling locations.
- Requires early voting sites to be open on Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm, and on Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm (Sec. 1).
- Requires the county to make known to registered voters the days, hours, and locations where early voting is available in the county (Sec. 9).
- Requires each county board of elections to publish a daily tally of the number of voters who cast a ballot during the previous day (Sec. 4).
