Title: Amends Brewery Regulations

Vote to pass a bill that amends laws for certain breweries, effective July 1, 2014.
Highlights:
- Authorizes a malt beverage manufacturer licensed as a vendor to sell up to 2,000 kegs per year of an alcoholic beverage for on-premise or off-premise consumption (Sec. 1).
- Specifies that any malt beverage sold for on-premise consumption of more than 2,000 kegs per year be obtained through a distributor (Sec. 1).

- Defines “growler” as a refillable container that is made of glass, ceramic, metal or similar leak-proof material and is designed to contain a carbonated malt beverage in a capacity of 32 ounces, 64 ounces, or 128 ounces (Sec. 5).
- Limits sales for off-premises consumption to 1 keg per consumer per day (Sec. 1).
