Title: Prohibits Exposing Minors to Harmful Materials

Vote to pass a bill that expands law prohibiting commercial establishments from exposing minors to harmful materials to include public establishments.
Highlights:
- Amends the types of establishments that are prohibited from displaying, distributing, or presenting material “harmful to minors” to include public establishments, whereas existing law only prohibited commercial establishments from displaying distributing, or presenting these materials (Sec. 1).
