Title: Prohibits Universities from Denying Benefits to Religious Student Organizations

- They adhere to and comply with the association’s sincerely held religious beliefs;
- They comply with the association’s sincere religious standards of conduct; and
- They are committed to furthering the association’s religious missions.
- Authorizes a student or religious student association to take legal action against a postsecondary educational institution if they are denied benefits or discriminated against by the institution (Sec. 3).
