Title: Restoring Americans' Healthcare Freedom Reconciliation Act of 2015

Vote to override a veto of a bill that repeals certain provisions of the Affordable Care Act and rescinds funds from abortion providers.
Highlights:
- Repeals provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act including, but not limited to, the following provisions (Secs. 104, 202, 204 & 205):

- Repeals an expansion of federal Medicaid benefits for certain individuals whose income does not exceed 133 percent of the poverty line, effective December 31, 2017 (Sec. 207).
- Repeals the following taxes (Secs. 209, 214, 219 & 220):
- A 40 percent tax on the excess benefit of certain employer-sponsored health insurance;
- A 2.3 percent tax on the sale of medical devices;
- A 10 percent tax on indoor tanning services; and
- A 3.8 percent tax on net investment income.
