Title: Prohibits Employers from Requiring Union Membership

Vote to pass a bill that prohibits an employer from requiring an employee to join or pay unions as a condition of employment, effective 90 days after passage.

Highlights:

  • Prohibits an employer or labor organization from requiring an individual to perform the following actions as a condition of employment (Sec. 1):
