  • Requires each clerk of the juvenile court to report to the Administrative Office of the Courts the total number of petitions for juveniles seeking abortions without parental notification, including, but not limited to, the following information (Sec. 1):
    • The number in which the court appointed counsel or a guardian ad litem;
    • The number in which the judge issued an order authorizing an abortion without notification;
    • The number in which the judge issued an order denying an abortion without notification; and
    • The number of denials from which an appeal was filed.
  • Requires the Department of Public Health to prepare a reporting form for physicians who perform abortions (Sec. 1).
  • Specifies that individual reports shall be confidential and not subject to disclosure (Sec. 1).
  • Requires individual reports to be destroyed six months after submission to the Administrative Office of the Courts (Sec. 1).
