Title: Requires Single User Restrooms to be Gender Neutral

Vote to pass a bill that requires all single-user public restrooms to be gender neutral, effective March 1, 2017.
Requires all “single-user” restrooms in any business establishment, government agency or public place to be identified as all-gender and designated for use by no more than 1 occupant at a time or for family or assisted use (Sec. 1).
Defines “single-user” restrooms as having no more than 1 water closet and 1 urinal with a locking mechanism controlled by the user (Sec. 1).
Requires an inspector, building official, or other local official responsible for code enforcement to inspect any business or place of public accommodation for compliance with this bill (Sec. 1).
