  • Authorizes individuals with a concealed weapons permit  to carry a concealed weapon to a church service on school grounds if no curricular or extracurricular activities are being held or if the property is not being used for educational or instructional purposes, and no school sponsored activities are being held (Secs. 1 & 2).
