  • Prohibits state and local agencies from using agency funds, personnel, equipment, or facilities to investigate, detain, detect, report, or arrest an individual for commercial or noncommercial cannabis activity allowed under state or local law (Sec. 1).

  • Prohibits state and local agencies from responding to federal requests for information for the purpose of enforcing the federal Controlled Substances Act regarding an individual allowed to participate in cannabis activities under state or local laws (Sec. 1).

  • Prohibits state and local agencies from providing information to federal officials regarding any individual who has applied or received a license to engage in commercial medical marijuana or commercial cannabis activity (Sec. 1).
