Vote to pass a bill that authorizes the sale of alcohol at 10 AM on Sundays instead of noon.
Authorizes the sale of liquor at 10 AM on Sundays instead of noon (Sec. 4).
Authorizes the issuance of a permit that allows free alcohol tastings at trade shows, conventions, shopping malls, street festivals, fund-raisers, and other similar approved locations or events (Sec. 2).
Prohibits individual liquor samples from exceeding 1-quarter of an ounce (Sec. 1).
Prohibits serving more than 1 ounce of total samples to any given person in one day (Sec. 1).
Prohibits serving liquor samples to any customer who is visibly intoxicated (Sec. 1).
Requires the retail price of liquor to be uniform throughout the state (Sec. 1).
Authorizes individuals to make, possess, and transport wines and malt beverages without a permit (Sec. 10).
Prohibits consumption of fortified wine, spirits, or mixed beverages on property owned by a local government board or on any street, highway, or sidewalk (Sec. 1)
