    • $1 billion department-wide environment restoration costs.

  • Appropriates $33.66 billion to the Department of Defense for the Defense Health Program (Title XIV, Sec. 1406):

  • Appropriates $48.03 billion to the Armed Forces to be used for operation and maintenance costs, including but not limited to (Title XV, Sec. 1508):

    • $16.13 billion for the Army;

    • $10.26 billion for the Air Force;

    • $7.71 billion for defense-wide activities;

    • $5.87 billion for the Navy;

    • $4.94 billion for the Afghanistan security forces fund;

    • $1.77 billion for Counter-Islamic State of Iraq and Syria Train and Equip fund; and

    • $1.17 billion for the Marine Corps.
