Highlights:

• Classifies the transmission of sexually explicit visual material by a minor to another minor without ill intent as a Class 1 misdemeanor (Sec. 1).

• Classifies the possession of 1 to 10 sexually explicit images of a minor, contained with consent, by another minor as a Class 2 misdemeanor (Sec. 1).

• Authorizes the court, in situations where a finding of guilty would be justified, may defer proceedings and institute a penalty of 6 months probation without an adjudication of guilt, at the completion of which the court shall dismiss proceedings (Sec. 1).
