  • Specifies that $287 million will be appropriated to the Illinois Student Assistance Commission to fund the Monetary Award Grant Program and agency operational costs (Article 2, Sec. 12).

  • Specifies that $36 million will be appropriated to the Illinois Community College Board to provide scholarships for students of public community colleges and all City University of Chicago programs (Article 2, Sec. 27).
