Vote to pass a bill that increases salary for certain state cabinet members, judges, prosecutors, and public employees.

Highlights:

• Increases the salaries of justices, judges, and county prosecutors by $8,000 annually for the years of 2018, 2019, 2020 (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that for the year 2021 and each year thereafter, the annual salary increase shall be determined by the State Treasurer in direct proportion to the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index over the previous 12 months as long as the change is positive and does not exceed a 2 percent increase (Sec. 1).
