Title: Prohibits Indecent Exposure to Include Restrooms, Locker Rooms, Dressing Rooms, and Showers
Vote to pass a bill that prohibits indecent exposure in restrooms, locker rooms, dressing rooms, and showers.
Amends the definition of “indecent exposure” to be in a public place or private premises of another, or as seen from the private premises to a restroom, locker room, dressing room, or shower, any of which are designated for single-sex, multi-person use, and the individual is a member of the opposite sex than the sex designated for use were an individual intentionally exposes their genitals or buttocks to another, or engages in sexual contact or sexual penetration (Sec. 1).
Prohibits the use of a medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis of gender dysphoria, gender confusion, or similar conditions, in the absence of untreated mental conditions as serving as a defense to the offense of indecent exposure (Sec. 2).
