Vote to concur with senate amendments and pass a bill that prohibits the sale or ownership of untraceable 3D printed firearms known as "ghost guns".

Highlights:

• Defines “manufacture” for the purposes of this act as the fabrication or construction of a firearm (Sec. 1).

• Defines “undetectable firearm” as any firearm that is not as detectable as 3.7 ounces of 17-4 PH stainless steel by walk-through metal detectors or magnetometers (Sec. 1).

• Defines “untraceable firearm” as any firearm manufactured after July 1, 2019 that is not an antique firearm and that cannot be traced by law enforcement by means of a serial number (Sec. 1).

• Prohibits manufacturing an untraceable or undetectable firearm with the intent to sell said firearm (Sec. 3).
