Vote to adopt a conference report that authorizes the state budget for fiscal year 2019-2020.

Highlights:

• Establishes a minimum teacher salary at $35,000 (Sec. 1).

• Requires all classified employees of the state have their compensation increased by two percent, effective on the first pay date that occurs on or after July 1, 2019 (Sec. 117).

• Requires the Comptroller General to transfer unobligated general fund revenue to a $61.4 million Taxpayer Rebate Fund after the close of fiscal year 2018-2019, and will provide a $50 refund to each individual who filed an income tax return 2018 (Sec. 118).

• Appropriates $40 million to the Department of Administration for a new statewide voting system (Sec. 118).

• Appropriates $28.6 million to the Department of Social Services for the Child Support Enforcement System (Sec. 118).
