Title: Repeals State Photo Identification Voter ID Laws
Vote to pass a bill that repeals previous laws which required new voters show photo identification before voting.
Repeals previous election laws which require new voters show photo identification before voting on election day (Sec. 1).
Authorizes individuals to register to vote in the state of New Hampshire up until or on election day (Sec. 1).
Specifies that if an individual does not have reasonable documentation of their place of living in the city or county where they are trying to vote they will still be allowed to vote on election day so long as they sign a sworn statement that they are a citizen of the United States (Sec. 1).
