Highlights:

 

  • Appropriates $6 million annually starting January 1, 2020 to the Unemployment Trust Fund for employment job training services and specifies that if unspent then the remaining funds shall be deposited in the unemployment compensation fund (Sec. 3).

  • Specifies that the employment job training programs shall cover the following, including, but not limited to (Sec. 4):

    • Structured, on-site laboratory or classroom training;
