Vote to pass with amendment a bill that establishes the state budget for fiscal year 2020.

Highlights:

• Specifies that the following amounts from the following sources are appropriated from the state general fund to the water quality assurance revolving fund for fiscal year 2019-2020 (Sec. 10):

• $2.8 million from the emissions inspection fund;

• $2.6 million from the air quality fund;

• $5 million from the underground storage tank revolving fund;

• $1 million from the permit administration fund; and 

• $2.15 million from the recycling fund.
