  • Specifies that a “prime wetlands” be at least 2 acres in size and may include additional connected narrower wetland areas less than 50 feet at their narrowest point across (Sec. 1-b).

  • Exempts any man-made structures from being included in the definition of a prime wetlands (Sec. 1-b).

  • Prohibits any existing state highway right-of-way including associated permanent land easements shall not include prime wetland or their adjacent buffers (Sec. 1-d).
