Vote to pass a bill that prohibits state contracts of $100,000 or greater with companies boycotting Israel that have ten or more employees.

Highlights:

• Amends the definition of “company” to exclude anything that is a sole proprietorship (Sec. 1).

• Prohibits governmental entities from having contracts with companies for goods or services until written verification is provided in the contract that a company (Sec. 2):

• Does not boycott Israel; and

• Will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract.

• Specifies that the above highlight only applies to contracts that (Sec. 2):

• Are between a governmental entity and a company with 10 or more full-time employees; and

• Has a value of $100,000 or more that is to be paid wholly or partly from public funds of the governmental entity.
