Highlights:

 

  • Appropriates $20.9 million from the 2020 fiscal year general fund for public health responses related to a potential outbreak of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) to be used until expended (Sec. 1).

  • Specifies that on February 1, 2021 any unobligated and unexpected amount in the contingency account over $5 million on shall be transferred to the general fund (Sec. 1).
