Vote to pass a bill that appropriates funds for the 2021 fiscal year budget.

Highlights:

• Establishes a miscellaneous fund known as the “Skills Development Fund” that shall consist of general revenue authorized by law and money obtained from private grants or other sources that are designated to be credited to the fund (Sec. 3).

• Appropriates $2.08 billion to the Public School Fund (Sec. 5).

• Appropriates $1.25 billion to the Department of Human Services Grants Fund Account (Sec. 5).

• Appropriates $106.43 million from the Department of Human Services Fund for the Children and Family Services Fund Account (Sec. 5).

• Appropriates $353.77 million from the State General Government Fund Account for the Division of Correction Inmate Care and Custody Fund Account (Sec. 5).

• Appropriates $104.4 million for the University of Arkansas Fund (Sec. 5).

• Appropriates $109.38 million from the Public School Fund for the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education Public School Fund Account (Sec. 5).
