Vote to pass a bill that authorizes the sale of fireworks for New Years Eve, New Years Day, and Independence Day.
Defines “designated holiday” as the following (Sec 1):
New Year’s Day, January 1;
Independence Day, July 4; or
New Year’s Eve, December 31.
Specifies that this act does not prohibit the use of fireworks solely and exclusively during a designated holiday (Sec 1).
Prohibits a homeowner’s association from promoting rules that attempt to limit a homeowner’s right to use fireworks during a designated holiday or under general law (Sec 1).
