Vote to pass a bill that amends the constitution to allow a person who will be 18 years old at the time of a presidential election to vote in the presidential primary election if they are 17 years of age at the time of the presidential primary election.
Establishes eligibility for voting in the presidential primary election for citizens who are 17 years of age at the time of a presidential primary election and who will be 18 years of age at the time of the general election for which such primary election is held (Sec. 1).
