Vote to pass a bill that extends state take-out regulations for alcohol sales through July 2021.
Authorizes the local testing authority to create a permit for takeout and delivery of alcoholic beverages to implement this section but specifies that it is not required (Sec. 1).
Specifies that a licensee does not need to obtain a local permit to sell and deliver alcoholic beverages or allow a customer to remove an alcohol beverage from the licensee premise (Sec. 1).
Authorizes a local licensing authority to establish fees for the processing and approval of a takeout or delivery permit application (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the licensing authority shall issue a permit to a licensee to sell alcoholic beverages for takeout and delivery if the licensee demonstrates the ability to comply with the aforementioned provisions (Sec. 1).
Specifies that a permit issued under this act is subject to the aforementioned suspension and revocation provisions (Sec. 1).
Exempts a manufacturer or wholesaler that operates a salesroom from needing to obtain a permit from a local licensing authority to sell and deliver an alcohol beverage or allow a customer to remove an alcohol beverage (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the sale of an alcoholic beverage manufactured by the licensee may be sold by a brew pup, vintner’s restaurant or a distillery pub (Sec. 1).
