Vote to concur with house amendments and pass a bill that increases the legal smoking age to 21.

Highlights:

• Prohibits any individual from selling, offering for sale, giving, or delivering nicotine products to any individual under the age of 21 (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that any individual found to have violated the previous highlight will be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a $250 fine for a first offense and a $500 fine for any subsequent violation (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that an individual will not be arrested for an alleged violation but will be issued a citation as a charging document (Sec. 1).
