Title: Display of the Ten Commandments
Vote to adopt a resolution declaring the sense of Congress that the public display of the Ten Commandments should be permitted in government offices and courthouses.
NOTE: THIS VOTE WAS TAKEN UNDER A SUSPENSION OF THE RULES TO CUT OFF DEBATE EARLY AND VOTE TO PASS THE BILL, THEREBY REQUIRING A TWO-THIRDS MAJORITY FOR PASSAGE.
NOTE: THIS IS A NON-BINDING CONCURRENT RESOLUTION. IT IS NOT SIGNED BY THE EXECUTIVE AND THEREFORE DOES NOT HOLD THE WEIGHT OF LAW.
