    • Obesity; or

    • Any other chronic condition adopted by the Board of Medicine and Board of Osteopathic Medicine.

  • Authorizes pharmacists in a collaborative pharmacy practice agreement to provide specified patient care services to a physician’s patients (Sec. 3).

  • Specifies that a collaborative pharmacy practice agreement expires 2 years after execution if not renewed (Sec. 3).

  • Authorizes pharmacists to test for and treat any of the following health conditions (Sec. 4):

    • Influenza;

    • Strep throat;

    • Lice;

    • Athlete’s foot; and

    • Minor, uncomplicated infections.

  • Specifies that this bill takes effect on July 1, 2020 (Sec. 5).
