Highlights:

 

  • Requires an eligible unemployed individual who has employment in any week, to have their weekly benefit amount reduced, but not below zero, by the amount of earnings paid or payable that exceeds the greater of (Sec. 1):

    • $300; or

    • One third of the individual’s weekly benefit amount.

  • The above provision applies to benefits payable for weeks beginning on or after the effective date of the 2020 second special session Act, and ending before January 1, 2022 (Sec. 2).

  • Requires an eligible unemployed individual who has employment in any week, to have their weekly benefit amount reduced, but not below zero, by the amount of earnings paid or payable that exceeds the greater of (Sec. 3):

    • 10 times the minimum hourly wage; or

    • One third of the individual’s weekly benefit amount.

  • The above provision applies to benefits payable for weeks beginning on or after the effective date of the 2020 second special session Act, and ending on or after January 1, 2022 (Sec. 4).
