  • Requires the office to promptly seek federal approval needed to enter into an agreement with all grocery retailers prepared to offer SNAP online purchasing (Sec. 1).

  • Requires the office to develop a plan to maximize SNAP online purchasing options within 180 days after the effective date of this act (Sec. 1).

  • Requires the plan, and any updates to such a plan, to be submitted to the governor, speaker of the Assembly, and temporary president of the Senate (Sec. 1).

  • Requires the office to seek all necessary waivers from the United States Department of Agriculture, Food, and Nutrition Service to carry out the plan (Sec. 1).
