  • Authorizes a parent or guardian of a student with a disability that reached 21 years of age on or after the proclamation of disaster emergency to enroll the student in accordance with their Individualized Education Program (IEP) free of charge in a school entity for the 2020-2021 school year (Sec. 1383).
