Highlights:

• Specifies election offenses affecting registration and election fraud or forgery as one of the following (Sec. 1):

• Voting, attempting to vote, or submitting an absentee by mail application knowing that one is not qualified to vote;

• Registering, voting, submitting an absentee vote in the name of another person or fictitious name;

• Procuring or submitting voter registration applications that are known by the person that it has fraudulent information; or

• Forging, altering, destroying, or removing from proper custodial care any book, card, record, voter registration application, nomination paper, or any other voting forms.
