Vote to pass a bill that authorizes 75 year olds to register twice for the state moose hunting lottery.

Highlights:

• Authorizes the governor to proclaim a season to hunt moose in a manner, number, places, and times as the governor prescribes (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that each resident who is 75 years of age or older and participates in the lottery, will have their name entered twice in the lottery for every entry to which the resident would be entitled if the resident were under seventy - five years of age (Sec. 1).

• Prohibits an individual who has been convicted of illegally taking a moose, elk, or bighorn sheep from applying or receiving a license (Sec. 1).
