  • Appropriates $115 million of the remaining unspent and unobligated COVID-19 relief funds for grants to community-based health care or personal service providers in accordance with the CARES Act (Sec. 1).

  • Appropriates $2 million of the remaining unspent and unobligated COVID-19 relief funds to adult education and private non accredited education in accordance with the CARES Act (Sec. 1).

  • Appropriates $5 million of the remaining unspent and unobligated COVID-19 relief funds for destination marketing organizations advertising in accordance with the CARES Act (Sec. 1).
