Title: Specifies Hunting Permits are Once-in-a-Lifetime
Vote to pass a bill that specifies hunting permits are once-in-a-lifetime.
Specifies that an individual in Montana with a hunting permit can only take one of each of the following species in their lifetime (Sec. 1):
Grizzly bear;
Antlered mouse;
Ram mountain sheep taken with a limited Mountain Sheep license; and
Mountain goat
Specifies that if a person who takes a legal ram mountain sheep with at least one horn that is equal to or greater than a three-fourths curl using an unlimited mountain sheep license or a population management license is not eligible to receive another special license for that species for the next 7 years (Sec. 1).
