  • Specifies that an individual in Montana with a hunting permit can only take one of each of the following species in their lifetime (Sec. 1): 

    • Grizzly bear; 

    • Antlered mouse; 

    • Ram mountain sheep taken with a limited Mountain Sheep license; and

    • Mountain goat  

  • Specifies that if a person who takes a legal ram mountain sheep with at least one horn that is equal to or greater than a three-fourths curl using an unlimited mountain sheep license or a population management license is not eligible to receive another special license for that species for the next 7 years (Sec. 1).
