Title: Ban on Partial-Birth/Late Term Abortion

Vote to pass a bill that prohibits any individual from knowingly performing the late term abortion procedure known as intact dilation and extraction, in which a fetus/unborn child is partially delivered before it is aborted, unless the life of the woman is endangered by a physical disorder, illness, or injury.


  • Imposes fines and imprisonment of up to 2 years for the medical practitioner who performs the intact dilation and extraction procedure.
  • Allows the woman's husband and woman's parents, if the woman is under the age of 18, to seek monetary relief from the doctor who performed the abortion, unless they had consented to the abortion or the pregnancy resulted from the family member's criminal conduct.
