Vote to pass a bill that requires voting records be updated within 30 days after an election.

Highlights:

• Requires the board of registrars to enter into the statewide voter registration system credit for voting by qualified electors to the Secretary of State within 30 days of a primary or election to maintain the list of electors and voter history (Sec. 1.i).

• Establishes for each day beyond 30 days that the credit for voting data is not fully entered into the statewide voter registration system by a board of registrars, the board will be subject to a fine of $100.00 by the State Election Board (Sec. 1.i).
