Title: Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2022
Vote to pass a bill that appropriates funds for legislative branch spending for fiscal year 2022.
Appropriates the following amounts for fiscal year 2022 for the following legislative committee and office salaries and expenses (Title I, Sec. 113).
$4.2 million for the Joint Economic Committee;
$12.1 million for the Joint Committee on Taxation;
$2.9 million for the Office of the Attending Physician; and
$1.6 million for the Office of Congressional Accessibility Services.
Appropriates $53 million for Capitol Police salaries (Title I, Sec. 113).
Appropriates $8 million for salaries and expenses in the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights (Title I, Sec. 113).
Appropriates $61 million for salaries and expenses in the Congressional Budget Office (Title I, Sec. 113).
Appropriates $154.9 million to the Architect of the Capitol for capital construction and operations (Title I, Sec. 113).
Appropriates $548.3 million for the Library of Congress salaries and expenses, broken up by the following amounts (Title I, Sec. 113):
$131.8 million appropriated to the Congressional Research Service; and
$38 million appropriated to the Copyright Office.
Appropriates $80.2 million to the Government Publishing Office for congressional publishing costs (Title I, Sec. 113).
Appropriates $729.3 million for salaries and expenses in the Government Accountability Office (Title I, Sec. 113).
Appropriates $6 million to the Open World Leadership Center Trust Fund to pay for financing activities (Title I, Sec. 113).
