  • Appropriates $548.3 million for the Library of Congress salaries and expenses, broken up by the following amounts (Title I, Sec. 113):

    • $131.8 million appropriated to the Congressional Research Service; and

    • $38 million appropriated to the Copyright Office.

  • Appropriates $80.2 million to the Government Publishing Office for congressional publishing costs (Title I, Sec. 113).

  • Appropriates $729.3 million for salaries and expenses in the Government Accountability Office (Title I, Sec. 113).

  • Appropriates $6 million to the Open World Leadership Center Trust Fund to pay for financing activities (Title I, Sec. 113).
