    • $8.1 million for Ferris State University;

    • $7.4 million for Lake Superior State University;

    • $17.4 million for Michigan State University;

    • $3.5 million for Michigan Technological University;

    • $7.5 million for Northern Michigan University;

    • $9.1 million for Oakland University;

    • $8 million for Saginaw Valley State University;

    • $10.6 million for the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor;

    • $11.4 million for the University of Michigan - Dearborn;

    • $6.6 million for the University of Michigan - Flint;

    • $10.5 million for Wayne State University; and

    • $9.6 million for Western Michigan University.

  • Appropriates $1 million for the prison collegiate education initiative program at Calvin University (Sec. 236).

  • Establishes that a public university receiving an appropriation in section 236 shall not require a COVID-19 vaccination as a prerequisite for enrollment, moving into or residing in housing offered by the university, or attending in-person instruction (Sec. 275j).
