Vote to concur with senate amendments and pass a bill that appropriates $12.3 billion in short-term military aid and economic spending for Ukraine.
Appropriates $12.3 billion in short-term military aid and economic spending for Ukraine for the following, including, but not limited to (Division B, Title I-II):
$110.1 million for Army military personell;
$11.58 million for Air Force military personell;
$654.69 million for Operation and Maintence of the Army;
$433 million for Operation and Maintenance of the Navy;
$35 million for Operation and Maintenance of the Marine Corps;
$267 million for Operation and Maintenance of of the Air Force;
$1.8 million for Operation and Maintenance of the Space Force;
$4.71 billion to remain available to the Secretary of Defense to respond to the situtation;
$450 million for missile procurement for the Army;
$540 million for ammunition procurement for the Army;
$35 million for Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation; and
$4.5 billion for the Economic Support Fund for bilateral economic assistance.

Title: The Affordable Insulin Now Act
Vote to pass a bill that limits cost-sharing for insulin under private health insurance and the Medicare prescription drug benefit.
Limits the cost-sharing for insulin under private health insurance and the Medicare prescription drug benefit, specifically capping the cost-sharing under private insurance for a month’s supply of selected and covered insulin products at $35 or 25 percent of a plan’s negotiated price (after any price concessions) whichever is less, beginning in 2023 (Sec. 2).
Rescinds the implementation of regulations relating to the treatment of certain Medicare prescription drug benefit rebates from drug manufacturers for the purpose of federal anti-kickback laws (Sec. 4).
Increases funding for the Medicare Improvement Fund (Sec. 5).
